Frequently Asked Questions
Is my progress saved?
Yes. The levels you complete and the stars you earn are stored locally on your device, so you pick up right where you left off every time you open the game. No account needed.
How do I reset my progress?
Because progress is kept on your device, uninstalling and reinstalling the App resets all progress and starts the game from scratch. (This can't be undone.)
How do I turn off sound / music?
Tap the mute (🔇) button in the main menu or on the game screen. Your preference is saved and applies the next time you open the game too.
I'm stuck on a level — is it too hard?
Every level is automatically verified to be completable with 3 stars — so a fair solution always exists. Tip: instead of where to cut the rope, look at which route takes the cat across all 3 stars. Timing is the key to most levels.
Can I remove ads?
The game is free. In the future we plan to offer optional rewarded ads for hints/extra lives and an ad-free pack. Watching an ad is always optional.
The game crashes or I see a bug
We're sorry! When you email us, including the following helps us fix it much faster:
• Your device model (e.g. iPhone 13, Samsung A52)
• OS version (iOS / Android)
• Which level / what you were doing
• A screenshot or short video if possible
Which devices are supported?
Cat Tower Rescue runs on iOS and Android phones and tablets. Because the physics is computed at a fixed virtual resolution and scaled to the screen, gameplay is identical and fair on every device.
What about my data and privacy?
We don't ask for personal information; we only collect anonymous usage and crash data to improve the game. See the Privacy Policy for details.
