These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Cat Tower Rescue (the "App"), provided by Deniz Durmaz. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial entertainment only. You agree not to misuse the App.

The App — including all graphics, characters (Pamuk, Tekir, Zıpır, Chef Cat, Astronaut Cat), sound effects, music, code, and design — is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws and is owned by the developer. These Terms grant you no rights other than those expressly stated.

4. Purchases and Ads

The App is free to play. In the future it may offer optional in-app purchases (such as an ad-free pack or costumes) or rewarded ads. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to that store's terms and refund policies.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we make no express or implied warranty that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Your use of the App is also subject to our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how your data is handled.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms take effect when posted on this page. Continuing to use the App means you accept the current Terms.
